Sir Ganga Ram Hospital is a 550-bed hospital in Lahore, Pakistan,〔(SIR GANGA RAM HOSPITAL )〕 it was originally established by Sir Ganga Ram, a Hindu Vaishya Civil Engineer in the British Government at Lahore in 1921. ==History== Sir Ganga Ram Hospital was established in 1921 in the walled city of Lahore by a civil engineer and leading philanthropist of his time, Sir Ganga Ram Agrawal who also donated a piece of land. The hospital was shifted to its present location in 1943 to cope with the growing demand for medical and health care services.
